What is Reclaim?

Reclaim is a trauma-informed support app designed to help users regulate in hard moments, log patterns over time, and build resilience through guided tools and lessons.

What can I do in the app?

You can use:

  • In the Moment tools (grounding, coping strategies, truth anchors)
  • Tracking for triggers/events, emotions, body states, and needs
  • Journal for personal writing
  • Resilience lessons and exercises
  • Settings for account, privacy, and subscription management
Is Reclaim a medical or clinical service?

No. Reclaim is a self-help and educational support tool. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services, and it is not a replacement for licensed professional care.

What should I do in an emergency?

How do I create an account?

You can sign up with email/password and, where available, sign in with Google and Apple.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Use the password reset option on the sign-in screen and follow the instructions sent to your email.

Does Reclaim offer subscriptions?

Yes. Reclaim offers subscription options through Apple App Store and Google Play, including weekly, monthly, and yearly plans. Trial availability may vary by eligibility and store rules.

How does billing and renewal work?

For in-app subscriptions:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple/Google account at confirmation
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal
  • Pricing and trial terms are shown in-app before purchase

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account in-app from Settings -> Account -> Delete Account. You can also submit a deletion request from our website on the Data Deletion page.

When you confirm deletion:

  • Your account is permanently deleted
  • Server data associated with your account is removed
  • You are signed out automatically
  • This action cannot be undone
Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?

No. Deleting your Reclaim account does not cancel App Store or Play Store subscriptions. You must cancel subscriptions separately in your Apple/Google subscription settings.

What data do you collect and how is it used?

Reclaim stores account and app data needed to provide features (for example, tracking entries, journal content, and account settings). Data is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

Do you sell personal data?
