  • Remove your email from our mailing lists
  • Ensure all backups containing your data are also deleted

⚠️ Important Notice

This action cannot be undone. Once your data is deleted, you will lose access to all your progress, insights, and personal content stored in the app. If you create a new account in the future, you will need to start over completely.
